My favourite guys to go to for all my vehicles, know and trust them to do the right thing and keep me and my family safe for the right price.

During this time of devastating problems I found your prices were much too high. I don't know if this was because you were overcharged unfairly by your distributors or you overcharged for service. I had a new battery and a new alternator installed. An oil change and a new filter. According to the internet the price for those services for my car should have cost between $600 and $750 and I was charged over $1000,00

I have been using this garage for many years. The main reason is that I TRUST them. They tell me when work on my car is necessary and I believe them. The friendly atmosphere from the minute I enter the premises makes such a difference. I would not dream of going anywhere else

Prior to replacing my car battery I told the mechanic that I was planning to sell my car in the new few months. The price they quoted was quite expensive compared to Canadian Tire and other similar shops. I asked him to explain why. He told me they are good at what they do, and that the guarantee is long and easy to use. Once the car was done and I had paid the bill he mentioned that the warranty is good as long as I own the car and would not apply to a new owner. I was quite upset to hear this as I had told him that I was planning on selling the car shortly. So this was not a reason to pay for a premium battery. I asked him why he didn't mention this when I asked him about the price. His response, "maybe you won't sell the car." The repair guys will tell you anything to get the work even if it isn't true or is only partially true. The only positive, is that the guys that run the gas station are great.
